James has recently been appointed as Group Managing Director for the Sediko Group. James is an entrepreneur with significant international exposure to technology related business development around automation, process control, measurement and verification, and energy management systems. He has a consulting background, with involvement in a number of turnkey technology projects for the major mining companies in South Africa, providing him with a wealth of experience in translating strategic customer requirements into successful business outcomes through a combination of technology and management systems.
James has returned to his roots in the Eastern Cape, he was born and brought up in Addo and educated in Grahamstown. With a passion for conservation and a technology orientated background, James aims to position Sediko as the leading clean energy solutions provider in the region. |

Managing Director - Angola. Based in Angola - Fritz graduated as a Civil Engineer at the University of Pretoria in 1994. After graduation he joined the world of construction and headed large commercial projects in Mozambique, Namiba and Angola. He also completed his MBA and specilised in Finance. In 2003 he started his own company in Angola and successfully build up an international client base and completed projects with clients such as the Central Bank of Angola, Commercial Banks, Toyota and SABMiller - still being his clients today. He is based in Angola where he manages and implements Energy Projects for the Group as partner and Director. |

Lindela heads up Sediko Energy Solutions Special Projects, focussing on big tender projects. Lindela obtianed a Bachelor of Law degree from the university of Natal and was admitted as a Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1997. He was also admitted as a conveyancer and a Notary Public in 1998. He completed his articles with Willen Krog Attorneys in Kroonstad in 1997 wher he was mainly involved with litigation in the criminal and civil court. He continued to practice as an attorney and in 2005 he co-founded an outdoor advertising company in Bloemfontein. Lindela visited cities such as Dubai, Beijing, Harbin, Chegndu and Kuala Lampur to experience the manner and ways in which the developed world approaches development and deals with human settlement challenges in highly populated environments like China. He is a senior Associate at Molefi Thoabala Attorneys who are on the pannel of conveyancers for the Department of Human Settlements. He is proud to participate in the future of Green Technology. |

Non Executive Adviser - Dawie graduated as a Mechanical Engineer at the University of Pretoria and started South Africa's first privately owned venture for the commercial production of disease free potato minitubers. He visited several countries including Holland, England, Scotland, Ireland, Belgium, France, Israel, Australia and Argentina to obtain information about technology needed for the venture. Under his management, Rascal Seed Research Laboratories (Pty) Ltd founded in 1994, grew from a small operation to a stable, profitable company being the largest producer of disease free potato minitubers in Africa and one of the largest in the world.(see www.minitubers.co.za).

Managing Director - Henk matriculated in1988 at the Technical High School in Kimberley and obtained a Diploma in electrical engineering at the Technicon of the Free State in 1992. In 1993 he qualified as Installation Electrician and in 2003 as an Master Installation Electrician. He has been involved in electrical contract work in the private sector for the past 18 years and operates a successful contracting business. One of his most important virtues is his pride in his work. He enjoys the outdoors and wildlife and is passionate about conservation. He plays an integral role in Sediko, looking after all the installations, making sure the work is done 100% correct. |

Trustee - Tracey is a qualified medical practitioner with an MBChB degree. She found her passion in health education and treating patients holistically. She worked on the management teams of hospital partners and medical specialists, developing the South African health tourism markets. Tracey has extensive operational experience in managing and growing NGO's. Further to that she has been very successful in raising support funds for the NGO's. In Sediko, Tracey focuses on helping Orphans and Vulnerable Children. |

Human Resources - Christine Botha is a Chartered HR Professional and holds a diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is an accredited executive associate of the Institute for Independent Business International and serves on the IIB Gauteng management committee, Chair of the Ethics Committee of the SABPP and internationally accredited business mentor.
Christine has a long career in human resource management. She is passionate about developing organizations through effective HR strategies and people utilisation, policy and talent retention and development. She has designed and implemented a number of very successful business turnaround initiatives. Christine held a number of positions as human resources director and has been running her own human resource consulting business for 17 years. Christine has significant international consulting experience. |
